LVP with a waterproof core suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and laundry areas. Seams are water resistant, not waterproof like sheet vinyl, so proper installation at transitions matters.

Yes. Tile showers are built with full waterproofing membrane and flood testing before tile. We do not install tile directly over drywall.

Average home 500-1000 sq ft: LVP 1-2 days. Tile: 2-4 days. Hardwood 2-5 days including including acclimation. Removal and leveling may add time. Timeline provided in estimate.

Yes. Removal, disposal, and subfloor preparation are included in the estimate when required. Moisture testing performed for hardwood and concrete slabs.
